2020 developmental evaluation: improving postsecondary attainment
Lumina Foundation is dedicated to improving postsecondary attainment through supporting strategic efforts at the national state, and regional/local levels. The Foundation supported two regional efforts, one in Alabama and another in Indiana, working to leverage cross-sector partnerships to drive results in their specific geographies. Partnering with Equivolve Consulting, the processes, successes, and challenges of each state’s efforts are being documented.

The Mobile Area Education Foundation and the Institute for Higher Education Policy partnered with the Mobile Area Talent Hub with the hope of increasing statewide impact on postsecondary education. 2020 state & national partners: Building a system of modern youth apprenticeship
The Lumina Foundation, partnering with The Indiana Talent Network and the Indiana Office of Career Connections and Talent sought to document efforts to improve post-secondary outcomes across the state. To promote learning and visually engage stakeholders in strategic discussions, Equivolve Consulting facilitated graphic recording sessions. These visuals helped to capture key questions, opportunities to advance post-secondary outcomes in Indiana, and challenges for the work ahead.
