Beginning in summer 2020, MENTOR Maryland | DC engaged in a strategic planning process designed and led by Equivolve to clarify their goals and priorities for supporting mentoring across Maryland as well as consider a formal expansion into DC. Through data collection, survey analysis, stakeholders interviews, focus groups, and a planning retreat with the board and staff, the organization set its five-year plan which includes an expanded footprint. The resulting strategic plan reflects the input and voices of those served by MENTOR Maryland | DC and sets the stage for continued growth and impact.
