PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
United Way of Central Maryland (UWCM) was selected as one of six United Ways nationwide to launch the Young Men United program -- an equity-driven initiative that will help close education and earning gaps. In summer 2021, Equivolve designed and led a process for UWCM to add nuance and context to the program's vision. We convened and facilitated an Advisory Group that engaged young adults and leaders in education, workforce, and youth development to produce recommendations and a corresponding logic model for UWCM Young Men United program.
