EQUITY FRAMEWORK
In fall 2020, HcR engaged Equivolve Consulting to assess and articulate the current state of equity within the organization’s programs and practices. This work resulted in an Equity Framework that ties together Healthcare Ready’s equity and resilience work across the organization. Equivolve developed the Framework by engaging in extensive document review, interviews, a staff survey, and a series of working sessions with organizational leadership and staff to better understand and assess the current state of equity at HcRand set a vision for implementation.
